Vape in the Box offers a Drop Shipping Program on all the products that we have available on our e-commerce site. Use our distribution and fulfillment services, to retail our products to your customers.
We handle all the order processing and shipment processing, you just handle the sale.
What is Vape Drop Shipping?
When we say Drop Shipping, we mean you have access to our full catalog of in-stock vaping supplies. Take advantage of access to our complete smoke shop and vape supplies to offer a wide selection of these products to your retail customers, all without ever having to deal with inventory or shipping.
How to Drop Ship
List or offer our products to your customers, when you get an order, submit it to us and we'll take care of the rest. The products will get packaged at our primary fulfillment center and mailed to your customer without any of our Vape in the Box branding.
Are You a Shopify Customer?
We offer a seamless integration via a Shopify App called SyncLogic, get it here. Automatically connect to your store and keep accurate, up-to date inventory levels with our entire wholesale catalog. Orders are submitted automatically and marked as fulfilled with tracking numbers when they ship. One-time integration and setup fee required.
We work with every major shipping carriers including USPS, Fedex, UPS. Choose from 1 day, 2-3 day, or standard shipping options. Our average shipping speed is about 3-4 days so your customers can expect their package fast!

Defective items may be returned with-in 30 days of the delivery date as indicated by your tracking information. 30 day warranties exist on manufacturing defects ONLY. Usage based defects are issues caused by mistreatment and/or misuse of products. For any returns after 30 days, you will have to contact the product manufacturer for your return or replacement.
All Returns must include Full Original Packaging, Accessories, and Documents.
Items damaged by miss-use or improper care are not covered by our warranty policy.
The following examples are NOT included in the warranty. Usage based defects include, but are not limited to
• Batteries that have dropped,Batteries that have separated.
• Wires becoming exposed.
• Batteries that break inside a pocket, purse, or bag.
• Batteries that have been exposed to water.
• Bent atomizers.
• Damage to products due to user negligence.
All Returns must include all Original Packaging, Accessories, and Documents.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the incorrect product is sent by error of vapeinthebox.com
Upon receipt of a return, our Returns Department will inspect and test every product. If found defective, we will issue a store credit or replacement depending on the requested resolution of the customer. If a replacement device is not available, vapeinthebox.com reserves the right to issue a credit.
Returns must include everything that came with the product. This includes starter kits and bundled products. We must also have the original packaging returned to us.
All returns are subject to case by case exceptions. Please contact us if you are having a problem with a product purchased from vapeinthebox.com and we will do our best to assist you.

In order to request a return, you will need to file a Return Request from your account. To do so please follow these instructions.
Complete the RMA form in full. Please list any details possible as it will make processing your return faster.
